Form 122-40, for general registration as a Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse or Registered Midwife, is for use by students of Pakistan's academic institutions who are completing their studies and who have never been registered or practiced as a health practitioner in Pakistan or overseas.

Online application for renewal of registration can be submitted eight weeks before your registration expires. PNC will send you a reminder when your registration is due. Look out for this as confirmation that online renewal is open.
If you do not renew your general registration by date of expiration period, your name will be removed from the PNC as Registered Nurse.
Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council, as significant participant in the health care delivery system in the country is dedicated to provide support for the professional development and competencies of those who study Nursing, Lady Health Visitors and Midwifery. The aims of PNC also include monitoring for implementation of national standards in Nursing, Health Visitors and Midwifery education and practice by providing Registration /infrastructure and arranging continued educational opportunities for registered member.
